Primary responsibilities include:
- Screen and manage incoming calls, mail, faxes
- Scheduling client meetings and assisting with managing calendars
- Drafting and formatting legal correspondence
- Drafting, formatting, and filing court documents and materials
- Assisting in assembling motion records, books of authorities, appeal and hearing materials
- General administrative duties, including but not limited to providing general assistance to the lawyers and legal support team, printing, scanning, copying, binding materials, etc. as directed
- Additional responsibilities as directed
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- 0-1 year in a law firm as a receptionist/ assistant is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer and technology literacy is required
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite, Adobe, and video conferencing platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams
- Attention to detail, ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Comfortable working both independently and as a team member

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
