Status: Contract – Fall 2025 Session
Location: LaSalle College, Montreal, Quebec
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follows up with students on internships, guides them in knowledge translation and helps them overcome difficulties in the workplace.
- Observe, evaluate and give constructive feedback on the performance of the trainees in relation to the pedagogical objectives, in collaboration with the supervisors.
- Serve as a link between the school and internship sites to solve problems and ensure a positive learning environment.
- Document progress, record evaluations and write reports on the internship, in accordance with program requirements.
- To encourage the development of students' professional and interpersonal skills with a view to their professional integration.
- Any other related tasks.
- Plan group sessions ;
- Deliver sessions in a dynamic, effective and structured manner;
- Follow up each student and encourage success;
- Be available to students to help them develop the skills targeted by the course;
- All other related tasks.
- You must be legally entitled to work in Canada;
- Hold a university certificate or diploma or a college diploma, with an option or concentration in the discipline concerned;
- Teach or have teaching experience in the discipline for a full session within the last five (5) years;
- Have worked in a trade or profession related to the discipline or course for at least two (2) years.
