Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, highlighting features and benefits of available units
- Respond promptly to inquiries, schedule showings, and maintain excellent phone and email etiquette
- Apply effective sales techniques and negotiation skills to secure new lease agreements and renewals
- Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents
- Accurately prepare and process lease applications, move-ins, and move-outs
- Utilize Yardi (or similar property management software) to manage leasing activities and maintain records
- Complete administrative duties including data entry, filing, and office support tasks
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure seamless leasing operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in property management, leasing, or real estate (preferred)
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships
- Proven sales ability and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management software (an asset)
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in data entry and accuracy in documentation
- Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday (Sunday/Monday off)
