The Leader, Enterprise Project Management will be responsible for leading and overseeing the Enterprise Project Management Office, ensuring alignment of project initiatives with organizational goals and strategies.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Leading, mentoring, and motivating a high-performing team of Program Managers, Project Managers and Project Analysts, ensuring alignment with the organization’s objectives, encouraging professional development and modeling a culture of collaboration with the goal of being trusted strategic advisors to the business.

  • Overseeing and supporting the successful delivery of projects and programs.

  • Establishing and maintaining project management governance structure, policies and procedures and defining standards and methodologies to ensure consistency and quality across projects.

  • Identifying and addressing resource constraints and optimizing resource allocation.

  • Establishing and reporting on key performance indicators for project and program performance.

  • Fostering strong relationships with key business stakeholders and communicating project status, risks, and opportunities to support effective decision-making.

  • Working closely with Finance on financial management and reporting to ensure projects are managed effectively and within budget.

  • Working closely with Portfolio Management to ensure project portfolio is prioritized in alignment with overall corporate strategy and roadmap.

You bring:

  • Proven experience in project management – planning, defining objectives and deliverables, identifying and mitigating risks.

  • A strong analytical mindset with the ability to think critically and strategically.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven track record of fostering positive relationships with stakeholders, clients, and team members.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to empower individuals and teams, foster a positive work culture and drive alignment towards common objectives.

  • Proven experience managing stakeholder expectations and building consensus to ensure stakeholder satisfaction and project success.

  • Confidence in your ability to communicate detailed information in an impactful way.

  • Proactive problem-solving skills with a demonstrated track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Eligibility to work for Interac Corp. in Canada in a full-time capacity.
