Job Summary:
Job Specifications:
- Starting Wage: $23.00/hr - $28.93/hr
- Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2025/2026
- Shift Type: Full Time hours available
- Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age
- Housing Availability: Yes
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with operational responsibilities of Ski and Ride School including but not limited to training, scheduling, lesson assignments, private lesson bookings, and guest service
- Oversee daily operations of the scheduling team
- Conduct daily meetings with snow school leadership team on snow school readiness updates
- Lead training and on-going support for the scheduling team
- Contribute to weekly forecasting
- Resolve challenges with urgency and empathy
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Proven Ability to lead team members
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft applications
- Strong Written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast past high-pressure environment
- Must be able to communicate in English
The expected pay range is $23.00/hr - $28.93/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
