Lead Nail Technician

We are now seeking a Lead Nail Technician to join our growing team - someone who is highly skilled, supportive, and passionate about clean beauty and team growth.
What you'll do:
- Perform high-quality manicures, pedicures, gel overlays, extensions, nail arts and hand filing techniques with precision
- Specialize in Bio Sculpture, hard gel and natural nail care
- Mentor and train junior nail technicians and help with onboarding new team members
- Lead by example in customer service, cleanliness and client experience
- Collaborate with management on service improvements and product recommendations
- Assist in scheduling, salon flow, and maintaining Lily & Roo's luxury standards
- Knowledge of proper sanitization practices and nail care techniques is essential for maintaining client safety.
What we are looking for:
- 3+ years of professional nail technician experience with advanced skills in Bio Sculpture and nail artistry
- Proficient in hard gel, gel overlay, and hand filing
- Friendly, flexible, and able to work well in a small supportive team
- Willing to train new staff with a positive and patient attitude
- Must be reliable, clean and have a passion for elevating customer experiences
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, to ensure clear understanding of client needs.
- Experience in retail sales is a plus, as it will aid in selling services and products effectively

- $21-24 per hour + Tips (100%Yours)
