Your Role:
- Lead and oversee the nail division, including daily operations, client experience, and team mentorship as the division grows.
- Provide exceptional nail services, specializing in European-inspired techniques, designs, and trends.
- Collaborate with management to develop new service offerings, pricing structures, and promotional strategies.
- Uphold the OutLash standard of quality, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist in marketing efforts, including social media features, tutorials, and events.
What We’re Looking For:
- Extensive experience as a Nail Artist, with a focus on European techniques and trends (e.g., gel sculpting, intricate nail art, Russian manicures).
- Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor team members.
- A passion for innovation, creativity, and exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in maintaining hygiene standards and ensuring safety compliance.
- Licensed or certified in nail technology.
- Conversational English communication skills are required.
