As an Inside Sales Associate, you will be at the heart of our business, working directly with incoming leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving new business through high-quality conversations. You’ll be the first point of contact for many clients, so excellent phone manners, strong communication skills, and an energetic, go-getter attitude are essential. Your primary responsibility will be converting leads into qualified appointments for our top agents.

Compensation- $40,000 - $60,000 bonus commission + Healthcare benefits

Responsibilities:As a key member of The Bagga Team, the Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships by managing, nurturing, and converting leads into appointments. You will be the first point of contact for many potential clients, and your work will directly impact the success and growth of the team.
Core Responsibilities:
Lead Management & Follow-Up
- Proactively call, text, and email inbound and outbound leads (60–100 contacts per day).
- Maintain consistent follow-up with leads using proven scripts and relationship-building techniques.
- Track all lead interactions in our CRM (Follow Up Boss) to ensure no opportunity is missed.
- Qualify and assign leads to the appropriate team agent based on client needs and readiness.
- Create and manage customized lead-nurturing plans (90-day, 6-month, 12-month follow-up tracks).
Appointment Setting
- Book high-quality appointments for the Buyer and Listing Agents by assessing client readiness.
- Ensure all booked appointments are added to the agent’s calendar and team tracker.
- Follow up post-appointment to gauge client satisfaction and agent feedback.
CRM & Data Tracking
- Manage and update all leads and client interactions in the CRM with accuracy and detail.
- Maintain organized lead tracking spreadsheets and appointment reports for daily/weekly review.
- Tag, categorize, and update lead status based on engagement and pipeline position.
Pipeline & Reporting
- Monitor the full sales pipeline and ensure no lead falls through the cracks.
- Prepare daily call sheets, appointment logs, and weekly pipeline reports for the Sales Manager.
- Review and optimize follow-up workflows in collaboration with team leaders.
Scripts, Dialogue & Conversion
- Master team-approved call scripts and objection handlers for buyers, sellers, and investors.
- Role-play regularly with team members to continuously improve conversion rates.
- Attend training sessions and team meetings to stay aligned with best practices and market knowledge.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with Realtors, Marketing, and Admin departments to ensure smooth hand-off of leads.
- Communicate lead updates and client feedback to the assigned agents in real-time.
- Help onboard new team members with CRM tools and lead management processes, if required.
Client Service Excellence
- Deliver an exceptional first impression and client experience through professional phone and email etiquette.
- Be solution-oriented when dealing with objections, concerns, or hesitant leads.
- Represent The Bagga Team’s brand and values with integrity, positivity, and commitment.
To succeed in this role with The Bagga Team, the ideal candidate must be highly organized, tech-savvy, and thrive in a fast-paced, phone-based environment. They should be comfortable with real estate processes, CRM systems, and daily lead-nurturing responsibilities.
Required Qualifications:
Experience & Communication:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales, call center, or client-facing role (real estate experience is a strong asset).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, confident, and professional phone manner.
- Ability to handle phone conversations for extended periods while keeping energy and tone consistent.
CRM & Lead Management:
- Proficient in Follow Up Boss (FUB) CRM or similar real estate lead management software.
- Experience in lead tracking, tagging, categorizing, and pipeline follow-up.
- Comfortable managing a large volume of leads at various stages of the buying or selling cycle.
Tech & Software Proficiency:
- Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Docs, and Drive) for communication, scheduling, and data organization.
- Comfortable using Zoom or other video calling tools for virtual meetings.
- Ability to manage internal spreadsheets, update team trackers, and log appointments with precision.
Organizational Skills:
- Exceptionally organized with attention to detail, especially in documenting lead activity and next steps.
- Able to multitask and manage multiple lead conversations at once without losing accuracy or follow-up consistency.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize daily calling targets, appointment setting, and pipeline reviews.

- Experience using additional tools like RingCentral, Mojo Dialer, Slack, or task/project managers (e.g., Trello or ClickUp).
