Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Part-time Laundry Attendant to join our team. MUST be available Sunday and Monday. This role is essential in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests and ensuring that all laundry services meet our high standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent service.
Duties
- Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and guest clothing as needed.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing various surfaces, furniture, and fixtures.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and laundry products, ensuring they are used efficiently and responsibly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests for additional items or services.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing all duties.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or laundry services is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Good communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
