This is a part-time position with the opportunity to grow into full-time, ideal for someone who is experienced, professional, and eager to develop their career in the beauty industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Eyelash Extensions: Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications (classic, hybrid, volume) with precision, adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
- Brow & Lash Services: Provide brow waxing, tinting, and lash lift services.
- Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service by listening to client needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Educate clients on lash styles, maintenance, and aftercare.
- Front Desk Support: Assist with appointments, client records, and professional client greetings.
- Sales & Upselling: Recommend services or products to enhance client experience and meet sales goals.
- Workplace Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation.
- Continual Learning: Stay current with beauty trends and new techniques.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in eyelash extensions is preferred; however, we’re open to training the right candidate with strong potential and passion.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in reception or sales is a bonus, but not required.
- Passion for beauty, professionalism, and a desire to grow within the industry.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
