Landscape Team Member
Beamish Landscape Services has been in operation in the St. Thomas area for 30 years. We pride ourselves on being a professional and well-established family business.
The landscape team member position would allow for the candidate to work on a variety of jobs ranging from:
Landscape construction: Helping to build but not limited to; Patios, ponds, retaining walls, water features, decks, pergolas, drainage work etc.
Green Construction: Helping to install but not limited to; Gardens of all variety, tree planting, mulching, laying sod, pruning, hedging, tree removal etc.
Landscape maintenance: Assisting in professional property maintenance practices. There are opportunities on both our lawn care and gardening crews.
The candidate would be directed to where ever they best fit within our company.
Requirements:
-A positive attitude
-Good work ethic and stamina
-G Class drivers License mandatory.
-Experience with landscape equipment (Skid steers, excavators, telehandler, quick cut, blower, mowers, hedge trimmers etc.) is an asset
-Must have reliable transportation to and from work
-Attention to detail
-Any green industry experience is an asset.
Contract length: 12 months
Start Date: April 3, 2023
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: $19.00-$26.00 per hour
