Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Supervisor to lead in delivering exceptional landscaping services. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. This role requires hands-on involvement in various landscaping tasks, including supervising crew members, managing landscape maintenance projects, and ensuring high-quality workmanship.
Responsibilities
- Oversees and directs landscaping projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and to high standard.
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the landscaping crew to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines.
- Train and mentor crew members on best practices in landscaping techniques and safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide updates on project progress.
- Ensure all equipment is maintained properly and used safely by crew members during operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance or related field with a focus on supervisory roles.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of effectively managing teams.
- Knowledge of fences, retaining wall, garden design, and landscape construction techniques.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
- A valid driver’s license is preferred; ability to operate landscaping equipment is a plus.

Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
