We’re Hiring: Landscape Labourer

We’re looking for a dedicated and dependable Landscape Labourer to join our landscaping team. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in physical work, and want to be part of a team that creates beautiful spaces, this role might be perfect for you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assisting with softscape and hardscape installations (planting, sod, pavers, retaining walls, etc.)
- Preparing soil, digging trenches, and grading for landscape features
- Laying mulch, moving gravel, placing trees, and installing materials on-site
- Using hand and power tools safely (shovels, wheelbarrows, string trimmers, etc.)
- Supporting installation of irrigation or drainage systems (under supervision)
- Keeping the job site clean, safe, and organized at all times
- Helping set up and break down equipment and materials each day
- Maintaining tools and equipment and reporting any issues
- Following safety protocols and using PPE as required
- Working closely with your team to meet timelines and quality standards
Work Environment:
- Outdoor work in various weather conditions (sun, rain, heat, cold)
- Physically demanding tasks including lifting, digging, and equipment handling
- Flexibility to work extended hours or occasional weekends during peak seasons
What We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Landscaping or construction experience is an asset, but not required
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks with attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of landscaping tools and machinery (a plus)
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and performing manual labour all day
- Driver’s license preferred but not required
