Job Overview
We cut lawns and do garden installation.
Need one or two individuals to help finish the season, as one of my laborers went back to school this month.
Would need someone full time mowing lawns. Must know how to trim properly, mow straight lines, and use the blower to clean hard surfaces efficiently.
Knowing how to drive with a trailer is a bonus, but not necessary.
2 days of mowing, 3 days of construction.
Looking to find people that are good for coming back next year as well, as we plan on scaling up and getting more lawn care contracts.
Duties
- Operate and maintain power tools and hand tools for landscaping tasks.
- Dig, plant, and irrigate various types of plants, trees, and shrubs.
- Perform routine landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, and weeding.
- Build garden beds, pathways, and other landscape features as required.
- Assist in the installation of irrigation systems to ensure proper water distribution.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and tools to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members on larger projects to achieve desired outcomes.
Skills
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools relevant to landscaping.
- Mechanical knowledge for basic equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Strong ability to dig, irrigate, and maintain various landscape features.
- Experience in landscape maintenance practices including planting and garden care.
- Capability to build structures such as garden beds or retaining walls as needed.
- Excellent physical stamina to perform labor-intensive tasks outdoors.
- Attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship in all landscaping projects.

Pay: $22.18-$23.30 per hour
