We are looking for a hardworking and motivated Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various landscaping tasks, including the installation, maintenance, and enhancement of outdoor spaces. No experience is necessary, but a passion for working outdoors and a positive attitude is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, planting, mulching, and soil preparation
- Assist in the installation of plants, sod, and other landscape features
- Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment (e.g., mowers, trimmers, etc.)
- Help with the construction of landscape structures like patios, walkways, and retaining walls
- Remove weeds, debris, and maintain general cleanliness of work sites
- Ensure proper care and watering of plants
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment
Qualifications:
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor (lifting up to 50lbs, bending, standing for long periods)
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
- Experience in landscaping or gardening is a plus, but not required
- Valid driver’s license is preferred
