We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working outdoors and a strong desire to contribute to the beautification and maintenance of various landscapes. This role involves physical labor, operating equipment, and collaborating with a team to ensure high-quality landscape services.
Duties
- Operate power tools and hand tools effectively to perform various landscaping tasks.
- Assist in the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and gardens.
- Build and maintain garden beds, including planting, mulching, and weeding.
- Dig trenches and holes for planting trees, shrubs, or other landscape features.
- Perform regular landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, and debris removal.
- Maintain equipment by performing routine checks and minor repairs as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
Requirements
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Basic mechanical knowledge for maintaining landscaping equipment.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods.
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor tasks.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 50 per week
