KHS Landscape Professionals is looking for an experienced, motivated, and team-driven leader to step into a key role on our growing landscape construction team. This is more than a job — it's a leadership path for someone who’s ready to take ownership of projects and help shape the future of our construction division.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead a team on residential and commercial landscaping projects from start to finish
- Operate machinery safely and efficiently (excavators, skid steers, etc.)
- Read plans, plan ahead, and coordinate timelines, materials, and crew
- Problem-solve and make decisions on-site to keep projects on schedule and on budget
- Work directly with clients and represent our company with professionalism and integrity
- Collaborate with management to improve processes and help grow the department
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in landscape construction (hardscaping, grading, installs)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Confident machine operator with a Class 5 license (Class 3 is a bonus)
- Organized, forward-thinking, and cool under pressure
- Someone who sees the bigger picture and wants to grow with the company

Wage: $30–$37/hr to start, based on experience
Bonus: Salary opportunities for the right person + growth path into management
