Job Description:
- Attend client meetings for sales & estimating in order to help hit company sales goals
- Help to schedule and coordinate work schedules for the maintenance and enhancement crews using our various software apps
- Assist onsite as needed to help oversee and complete projects.
- Working indoors and outdoors throughout all seasons - sun, rain, snow
- Helping co ordinate snow removal using plows, ATV’s, Skidsteers etc.
- Daily and weekly updates to administrative systems with client information as well as sales and production data
- Utilization of Company mobile iPad / web based software for time and materials tracking
- Maintain and clean trucks, equipment and tools (daily pre checks etc.)
- Assist in training and on boarding new staff members
- Help build on existing systems / procedures as well as create new ones.

Compensation:
- Competitive wages ($30.00 hr. - $40.00 hr.) dependent on experience and accreditation
- 4x day work week (3 day weekend)

Skills and Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3+ years working in the field with landscaping & hardscaping experience & managing a team
- Ability to review and understand site plans, layouts and measurements.
- Experienced in the operation and use of and maintenance machinery (bobcats, excavators etc.)
- Capable of operating required equipment and tools in a safe and responsible manner
- Ability to follow safe working procedures
- Strong team player that values and wants to continue to build a great team a environment
- Works well under pressure, and able to handle a high paced environment
- Valid BC driver’s license
- Legally allowed to work in Canada
