Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Supervisor to lead our landscaping team in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate MUST have 5+ years of experience, valid drivers license, great work ethic, ability to read blueprint documents, strong leadership skills and a passion for ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This role requires hands-on involvement in various landscaping tasks.
Duties
- Oversee daily landscape maintenance operations, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Supervise and train team members in landscaping techniques and safety protocols.
- Build garden features such as retaining walls, pathways, and decorative elements.
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with project specifications.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in landscaping and stone work.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Experience in supervising landscaping projects from start to finish.
- Ability to build garden structures and features with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
- A valid driver's license is a requirement for transportation between job sites.
