Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscaping Crew Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing landscaping projects, ensuring high-quality maintenance of gardens and outdoor spaces, and leading a team of landscaping professionals. Your leadership skills will be essential in building a cohesive team that delivers exceptional results while maintaining safety and efficiency on the job site.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the landscaping crew to ensure effective workflow and project completion.
- Lead by example in performing landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, blowing, planting, etc...
- Train new crew members on proper landscaping techniques and safety protocols.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, ensuring all safety measures are followed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance with a strong understanding of gardening practices.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while performing physical tasks.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.46-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 60 per week

Experience:
- Landscape maintenance: 2 years (required)
