Job Title: Landscape Crew Lead

Compensation: $22–$30 per hour (based on experience)
About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Landscape Crew Lead to join our growing team in North Vancouver. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong landscaping background who’s ready to take on a leadership role and deliver top-quality work on residential and commercial projects.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on landscaping experience, a keen eye for detail, and the confidence to lead a crew while maintaining high standards of professionalism, efficiency, and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead hardscape installations, including retaining walls, fences, patios, stairs, and decks
- Oversee softscape projects such as sod installation, planting, and soil preparation
- Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality expectations
- Provide clear direction and support to crew members
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient job site
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of landscaping or construction experience
- Previous crew leadership or supervisory experience is a strong asset
- Solid knowledge of both hardscaping and softscaping techniques
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage tasks independently
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license (required)
