Overview
Rom's Landscaping is seeking an experienced foreman to join our team and lead a small commercial landscape construction crew. An ideal candidate should have at least 2 years experience in landscape construction and must have a Class 5 License.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the landscaping industry
- Ability to operate a Skid Steer competently
- Ability to manage up to 2 crew members efficiently.
- Ability to drive truck and trailer competently.
- Clear understanding and management of time per task expectations.
- Basic knowledge of Irrigation
Full PPE is required at our job site : We provide hard hats, safety glasses and Hi-Vis shirts and or vests. Steel toed boots and jeans or joggers must be provided by employee.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
