We are seeking a motivated individuals to be apart of our team as a lead hand. The Lead Hand should be comfortable leading a team. The successful candidate with time and experience within the company will grow into the Junior foreman position.
The successful candidate should be:
-Very self motivated
-Must have 3 years experience in all aspects of landscape construction
-Able to operate and maintain power tools related to each job
-Able to use small engine tools
-Have experience with skid steers and mini-excavators
-Able to work outside during 4 seasons, through most weather conditions
-Able to maintain trucks, equipment & tools
Candidates must meet the following qualifications:
-A minimum of 3 years landscape construction experience
-Keen knowledge in all landscape construction
-Ability to interpret landscape drawings
-A valid "G" drivers license with clean drivers abstract
-Proficient in site organization & clean-up
- DZ / AZ license an asset
Salary to be based on previous experience and proven execution on job site .
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
