Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a full time laborer. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks that support our operations while maintaining our quality standards. Ideal candidates should be reliable, physically fit, have a valid drivers license and ready to work in a dynamic environment with lots of room to grow within the company.
Duties
- Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as pressure washing, carrying, and moving materials as needed, shoveling debris out of equipment tracks, hand washing vehicles.
- Safe operation of a pressure washer, basic knowledge of small engines.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure and safe workplace for all team members.
- Working together with others to efficiently and safely carry out a task, while also comfortable working alone.
- Report any issues or concerns to supervisors promptly to facilitate quick resolutions.
- Effective removal of decals and wraps utilizing fine motor skills and attention to detail to ensure a flawless finished product.
- Effectively completing a pre trip inspection on equipment and trucks.
- Traveling from site to site in a van truck, provided by employer.
- Pre planning and ensuring there is sufficient supplies and materials to effectively carry out your task at hand and daily duty's.
- Basic interior detailing and cleaning of highway trucks, passenger vehicles and equipment cabs etc.
- Working with the supervisor to ensure smooth operation of daily tasks.
- Comfortable working around heavy equipment.
Skills
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
- Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools and equipment.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors. While comfortable working alone.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to following safety procedures.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on various tasks as needed.
- Able to identify and rectify safety concerns.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00-$27.00 per hour
