We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Carpenter/Laborer to join our team. Responsibilities
- Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood, plywood, and wallboard (drywall).
- Perform construction painting tasks to enhance the aesthetic appeal of completed projects.
- Execute maintenance person services including minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Apply caulking in various applications to ensure proper sealing of joints and openings.
- Utilize hand tools effectively for various construction tasks.
- Install siding and other exterior finishes as needed.
- Assist with concrete forming for foundations, slabs, and other structures.
- Assemble and install cabinets, countertops, and other fixtures according to specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
Skills
- Proficient in drywall installation and finishing techniques.
- Strong carpentry skills with experience in various construction methods.
- Knowledgeable in construction painting techniques for both interior and exterior surfaces.
- Familiarity with maintenance person tasks including repairs and general maintenance.
- Skilled in caulking applications for effective sealing.
- Competent in using hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Experience with siding installation processes.
- Understanding of concrete forming principles and practices.
- Ability to assemble various fixtures with precision.
