Overview
We are looking for a hardworking and dependable General Labourer to join our team specializing in the erection of Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB). The successful candidate will assist in assembling and erecting steel structures, working hands-on with crew members to construct metal frames, install wall and roof panels, and support all aspects of the erection process on job sites
Responsibilities
- Assist with the layout, assembly, and erection of steel building components including columns, beams, purlins, girts, wall panels, and roof systems.
- Support ironworkers and lead erectors with tasks such as aligning, bolting, and fastening steel members.
- Use hand and power tools (e.g., drills, impact wrenches, grinders) to assist with structural connections and panel installation.
- Help set up and dismantle rigging
Experience
- Construction or metal building experience preferred (but not required)
- Comfortable working at heights, in various weather conditions, and with power tools.
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs, work on ladders or aerial lifts, and stand for long periods.
- Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and ability to take direction.
- Willingness to travel to out-of-town job sites as needed.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Pay: $21.00-$28.00 per hour
