This is a regular relief position that can be scheduled at any of the three locations: Trail South, Heritage and College PSC. This position does not hold a regular rotation and are shifts scheduled based on operational demand between the operational hours of 0600-1930 hours. This position also works every third Saturday at Trail South between 0700-1530.
Description:
As a Medical Laboratory Assistant I, you will provide high quality service to clients of the clinical laboratory in an effective, efficient and safe manner. You will be responsible for a variety of laboratory functions including procurement, handling, processing, dispatching and testing of specimens, performing procedures and reporting results.

Completion of an accredited Medical Laboratory Assistant program or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:Previous Phlebotomy experience and ECG certification.
Preferred Qualifications:At least 2 years of recent phlebotomy experience. ECG experience.
