Responsibilities
- Assist in food preparation and meal assembly under the guidance of cooks and chefs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
- Help with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Support the cooking staff during busy service periods by providing timely assistance.
- Participate in the cleaning of kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the kitchen.
Requirements
- Must be a guy with previous Experience in Cooking/Kitchen helper position
- Previous experience in food service or a kitchen environment is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to meal preparation and kitchen operations.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
