Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable individual to join our team as a Kitchen Helper/Line Cook. As a Kitchen Helper/Line Cook, you will be responsible for assisting with meal preparation and ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for the food industry and a desire to contribute to a dynamic restaurant environment.
Duties:
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and other kitchen duties
- Follow instructions from our kitchen members with accuracy and clear communication
- Cook and prepare dishes according to established standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service
Qualifications:
- Preference will be given to those who are fluent in Korean and/or English (to communicate with other staff)
- Previous experience in a similar role within the food service industry is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling and safety practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
