Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Installation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and cabinet installation, with the ability to read blueprints and work with various materials. This role requires physical stamina, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering high-quality installations for our clients.
NOTE: THIS JOB IS CONTRACT BASED AND PAID PER HOUR. WE DO DEAL WITH MULTI-FAMILY HOMES.
Duties
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine installation specifications.
- Perform installation tasks including cabinet installation and finishing.
- Utilize tools and equipment for caulking, construction painting, and assembly of various components.
- Execute heavy lifting tasks as required during installations, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Ensure all installations are plumb and level according to industry standards.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining quality control.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the installation process.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction or a related field, with a focus on cabinet installation tasks.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding technical specifications.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with installations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
