Your duties will include:
- Work one-on-one with clients rehabilitating injuries or seeking general fitness training
- Implement, monitor and progress exercise and work simulation programs. Communicate with other members of interdisciplinary team regarding client treatment plan, progress, etc. (Physiotherapists)
- Complete functional assessments
- Create and/or contribute to program design and exercise prescription in person but also online as needed.
- Lead clients through individualized exercise plans – accurately assessing, communicating, and providing guidance to facilitate goal attainment for the client
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, problem solving and sound clinical reasoning skills.
- Practical skills and strategies for working with clients with various medical conditions.
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing demands and schedules.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, CSEP. CPT, CEP
