We use post-consumer clothing from textile landfills and regenerate them back into new items of clothing. DISCOVER THE ROLE:
As Key Leader, you work with the retail store team to make symmetry in the shop. Your primary role is to deliver exceptional customer service that demonstrates our values towards circularity, and slow fashion. You’ll be responsible for opening and closing the store, assisting in the organization and delegation of store workload within the team, and providing leadership and professionalism on the sales floor. When you’re not working closely with the team you’ll be providing amazing customer service and connecting with and educating customers. Here are some further details of the role:
LEADERSHIP:
● Assist the associate manager with leading the sales floor to motivate the team to achieve store sales and customer experience standards in a productive in a non pressure approach.
● Support the daily operations of the store to ensure tasks are completed based on previously determined priorities.
● Support the development of a culture that balances brand awareness and exposure within our community.
● Work clothing with the associate manager and district manager on all store operations and staffing needs
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE:
● Provide an exceptional customer experience for everyone who visits us at our stores, with a focus on connection and education of ANIÁN and our post consumer textile manufacturing process.
● Handle and resolve customer cases according to ANIÁN's values.
● Providing feedback to the management team regarding store processes, operations, product, people and customer experience bringing new ideas to push for continuous improvement of the business.

● Partner with the Store Manager and to lead our store experience to brand awareness, positive customer outcomes, invite to return with customers experiences. TEAM
LEADERSHIP:
● Support the Store Manager in training team members to ensure consistency and clarity with store procedures, product knowledge and promotions.
● Training and understanding of our business platforms: Shopify, Inventory and Shipping programs.
● Provide coaching and feedback to team members with a focus on continuous development.
● Support the Associate Manager and District Manager with the on-boarding of new team members as outlined by the Store Manager.
STORE OPERATIONS:
● Support the operations of the store including but not limited to receiving and processing stock, picking and packing of online orders, merchandising, and inventory counts.
● Support the execution of weekly and quarterly inventory counts.
● Unpack inventory and create and accept stock transfers.
● Assist with product quality control & accepting returns or product repairs.
ABOUT YOU:
● Experience in retail or customer service, supervisory/leadership experience.
● Passion for building connections with people.
● Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
● The ability to take feedback and direction in a professional and positive manner from supervisor
● An outstanding attitude that exudes positive energy.
● A high school diploma or in progress/completed post secondary education.

● A flexible schedule that will allow you to work daytime, and weekends (weekends required).
