We are currently hiring an On-Call Key Holder to support our retail team. This role includes customer service, daily operations, and store opening/closing duties. Shifts may vary but typically follow a consistent weekly pattern.
Schedule:
- On-call position with flexible availability
- Typical hours: Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM–8:00 PM
- Every Saturday is required
- Additional hours may be available as needed
Responsibilities:
- Open and close the store following company procedures
- Provide excellent customer service and assist with product selection
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked displays
- Operate the POS system and handle transactions
- Receive and restock inventory
- Support daily store operations and uphold brand standards
Requirements:
- Strong communication and reliability
- Self-motivated and professional attitude
- Willing to learn and share product knowledge
- Must be available evenings and Saturdays
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Proficiency in retail sales and customer service
- Experience with cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Basic math skills for transaction processing
- Ability to manage time efficiently and stay organized
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing customer engagement
