Junior Administrative Assistant / Receptionist
Role Summary
We're hiring a Junior Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to provide front-desk support and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is looking to build experience in a professional services setting.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and route phone calls and emails
- Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars
- Perform filing, scanning, and data entry
- Assist accountants with basic administrative tasks
- Support the organization of documents and client files
Qualifications
- High school diploma (required); post-secondary in office administration is a plus
- 1–2 years of customer service or office experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional, punctual, and dependable
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
