We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for providing exceptional customer service. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean and inviting environment, and ensuring that every customer has a memorable experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for order processing and cash handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment and supplies.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Manage time effectively during peak hours to ensure timely service.
- Handle cash transactions accurately while following company policies for cash handling.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment.
