About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Onsite IT Support Technician to join our team in Corunna, Ontario for a short-term project. This role involves hands-on technical work, troubleshooting, and providing excellent end-user support for a key client.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide local and remote IT support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Assist with user setup, domain join, and smart card configuration
- Reimage and deploy systems as needed
- Maintain IT inventory and asset tracking
- Respond to service requests using ticketing tools
- Ensure compliance with internal IT procedures and security policies
Required Skills
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Windows (7/8/10), Office 365, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with imaging and reimaging devices
- Knowledge of LAN, VPN, remote access, and smart card technology
- Experience with Apple devices (iPhones, iPads) is a plus

Pay: $4,200.00-$5,400.00 per month
