Working in the Information Technology Support Services (ITSS) branch, the IT Service Desk Agent is the first point of contact for incoming support requests. You will be working with a highly collaborative team dedicated to providing high level client service. This position is responsible for a wide range of tasks including service desk duties, advice and assistance with technical support, assistance with IT asset management, and procurement, financial and administrative services. In addition, this role may also provide other IT services in support of the information technology team.

Essential Qualifications
- Experience providing reception to multiple clients in an office setting
- Experience completing administrative tasks such as records management, document creation and routing, and office management.
- Experience with financial processes including procurement, budget tracking, and accounts payable. Degree, diploma or post-secondary coursework in computer science or related fields would be considered an asset
