Overview
We are seeking a skilled Ironworker to join our dynamic construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural steel and metal work, with the ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively. As an Ironworker, you will play a crucial role in building and reinforcing structures, ensuring safety and quality throughout the construction process.
Duties
- Interpret and work from blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications.
- Assemble and install metal frameworks, girders, and columns for buildings and other structures and miscellaneous metals railings stairs ladders and so on.
- Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure all work meets industry standards and project requirement in onsite projects, and good safety practice
- Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
Skills
- Proficient in blueprint reading and understanding construction schematics.
- Experience with construction
- Strong supervisory skills, capable of leading a team effectively on-site.
- Ability to build complex structures while adhering to safety standards.
- Competence in budgeting for projects, ensuring financial efficiency throughout the build process.

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
