Your Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and high-potential B2B market segments
- Build strong relationships with distributors, partners, and clients worldwide
- Conduct market research and recommend entry and expansion strategies
- Work closely with the marketing team to align promotional tools with target markets
- Represent AquaTech BM at international trade shows, events, and business meetings
- Monitor KPIs (sales, leads, conversions) and ensure consistent performance reporting
- Produce monthly business development and prospecting reports
- Use multiple communication channels to generate and qualify leads
- Negotiate effectively within company strategy and close sales contracts
- Maintain strong follow-ups with current and prospective clients
Ideal Profile
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, international trade, or sales.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) — main working language.
- Good command of French but not obligatory
- Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic analysis skills.
- Experience working with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, Infusionsoft, etc.)
- Proactive, results-driven, and self-motivated.
- Knowledge of the North American and/or European market is a plus.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong writing abilities
- Self-starter with initiative, autonomy, and a results-driven mindset
