What are your contributions to the team?
Intern, Ethics & Compliance (Fall 2025)
Create a drumbeat through consistent reporting and governance to ensure visibility and success of our training and awareness campaigns.- Develop and Maintain Dashboards—Using Power BI, you'll create and update dashboards and reports that provide critical insights to our team.
- Execute Special Projects that help to propel our Ethics and Compliance mandates.
- Research, track and/or consolidate data on key drivers, industry trends, competitors and future trends relevant to Ethics and Compliance Awareness and Training.
- Maintain E&C online platform, supporting the creation of new awareness and training materials (survey, policy, or campaign)
- Improve our E&C online platform, supporting the creation of new material (survey, policy, or campaign)
- Automate, Simplify and Assure Data Quality—By automating data collection, you'll reduce manual work, allowing our team to focus on strategic initiatives. Identifying data quality issues and recommending solutions will also be part of your role.
How to thrive in this role?
- You’re currently completing a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Management, Commerce, Marketing, Computer Science (or equivalent) at a recognized University.
- You have completed a minimum of 2 years of University studies.
- You are proficient in using data analysis tools, particularly Power BI. You'll be developing and maintaining dashboards and reports, so familiarity with these tools will enable you to perform your tasks efficiently.
- You have strong computer skills (Windows), including very strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- You can manage a project and are able to engage stakeholders to assure quality and timely outputs.
- You have a keen eye for detail.
- You’re a good team worker and are highly reliable.
- You work autonomously by being well organized and planning your time.
- You take the initiative to do things without it being asked.
- You’re accountable and have a clear drive for results.
- You have Bilingual Proficiency: Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both French and English are essential.
