What are your contributions to the team?

Communication Internship

  • Collaborate closely with the Communications team to develop and implement content strategies and plans;
  • Support the execution of various communication projects, including intranet and blog updates, newsletter and email creation, and regular article publishing;
  • Design, write, and adapt engaging content (emails, speaking notes, Q&As, intranet pages, presentations, etc.) to inform and mobilize employees;
  • Craft compelling stories and announcements that reflect our culture and priorities;
  • Produce and analyze content performance reports (open rates, views, engagement metrics, etc.);
  • Conduct research, analyze data, and provide recommendations to enhance our content approach;
  • Proofread and edit content, coordinate translations, and contribute to various content-related special projects.

How to thrive in this role?

  • You are enrolled in a Bachelor program with a Major in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or equivalent field of study;
  • You have strong communications skills in French and in English, both written and spoken;
  • You have a strong desire to learn and a can-do attitude;
  • You are highly organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated;
  • You are able to take direction and absorb information quickly;
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Suite Office and the Adobe Creative Suite. HTML knowledge or web design experience is an asset.

  • Duration: 8 months
  • Virtual or on site

It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
