We are looking for a skilled Insulated Glass Fabricator to join our team! As part of our glass production team, you will be responsible for cutting and assembling insulated glass window units. The ideal candidate will have experience working with glass, knowledge of safety procedures, and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities
- Measure and prepare glass pieces accurately according to specifications.
- Assembly: Assemble glass window units by attaching seals, spacers, and other components,
- Quality control: Ensure all glass products meet the company's quality standards.
- Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols when handling glass and operating machinery.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on equipment to ensure smooth operation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a glass assembler, or a related field.
- Ability to read technical drawings, and measurement tools.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good physical condition and ability to handle heavy glass pieces.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Knowledge of safety standards and protocols in the glass industry.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour
