Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and promotions.
- Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for business development.
- Utilize Salesforce to track customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Strong sales acumen with experience in technology sales or account management is desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to identifying customer needs and providing solutions.
- Out going sales calls
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
