Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Industry: IT SalesLocation: Hybrid – 2 days per week in Richmond Hill, ON
Job Overview:
Our client is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join their dynamic team. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work closely with existing accounts, focusing on growth through mushrooming, cross-selling, and upselling IT services and offerings. Ideal candidate's background would be from a Value-Added-Reseller (VAR) or Managed Service Provider (MSP).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand relationships with existing accounts to drive sales growth.
- Collaborate directly with OEM partners to manage pricing, product specifications, and quotations.
- Leverage vendor-sponsored resources and OEM discount programs to enhance sales opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for revenue expansion within the current customer base.
- Proven experience in inside sales or account management, preferably in a technical or MSP/VAR environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with OEM programs, pricing strategies, and sales processes is an asset
