What You’ll Be Doing
This isn’t a “just one thing” kind of role — you’ll be at the heart of our daily operations:
- Inside sales & initial customer contact
- Scheduling outside sales calls
- Material picking & coordinating orders
- Customer relations & ensuring an amazing client experience
- Office organization & process improvements
- Marketing support & contributing to social media content
- Helping create systems and ideas that push our company forward

What We’re Looking For
- A self-starter who can juggle multiple priorities
- Someone with strong people skills — you’ll be talking to customers daily
- Organized, detail-oriented, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves
- Sales or operations experience is a plus, but attitude and work ethic matter most
- Comfortable with basic tech tools, scheduling systems, and social media platforms
- Dependable attendance. You will be the point person for customer contact so we need consistency.
