Job Description
At Just Media, we believe that the power of authentic influence drives modern brand growth. As an Influencer PR , you will play a key role in shaping the brand’s online presence and community reputation. You’ll be the connector between our brand and content creators on platforms like RED, Instagram, and TikTok, executing product seeding campaigns and branded collaborations that drive word-of-mouth awareness and positive engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, reach out to, and maintain relationships with KOLs/influencers aligned with brand goals.
- Manage the influencer collaboration process including product gifting, briefing content direction, and scheduling post timelines.
- Troubleshoot collaboration issues, such as delays, content revisions, or misalignment in deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams (strategy, project, and media buying) to ensure influencer content fits within overall campaign timelines.
- Track and compile influencer performance data, screenshots, and links to prepare campaign summary reports.
- Continuously update and categorize the influencer database, including cooperation history, content style, and rate cards.
Requirements：
- College diploma or above; major in marketing, media, communications, or public relations preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in influencer collaboration, PR execution, or social content marketing.
- Familiarity with the influencer landscape on RED, Instagram, and TikTok, including content styles and cooperation models.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; able to manage multiple collaborations at once.
- Highly organized with attention to detail; able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience executing influencer projects or having a network of reliable influencers is a strong plus.
