Five Star Bath Solutions of Vancouver (BC) is seeking an In-home Sales Representative to perform consultations at our customers home. As the In-home Sales Representative you will review customer wants/ needs, present our products, and provide a winning solution.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct In-home Sales: Drive to confirmed clients' home to perform a professional conversation, product demonstration, and sale
- Close Deals: Successfully closing sales based on weekly/ monthly/ annual goals
- Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and drive satisfaction and loyalty.
- Reporting: Provide daily reports of appointment outcomes
- Financing: Process financing applications
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, production, and accounting to ensure alignment and assist with collections of customer deposits.
Qualifications:
- Proven Sales Success: Demonstrated revenue generation on a quarterly/yearly basis.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Customer-Focused: Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long-term relationships.
- In Home Remodeling Experience: Experience in Home Remodeling Business
Required:
- Good computer skills, proficient in google docs, spreadsheets, and CRM programs
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle

Note: This is commission only role. No cap on your earnings! Please do not apply if you are not comfortable working in a straight commission position. Applicants must have a reliable vehicle as appointments are spread out over the lower mainland.

Pay: $90,000.00-$180,000.00 per year
