If so, we are currently seeking an Implementation Specialist to join our growing team.
This role is essential to the on-boarding of our new clients. This role works directly with clients, supported by our Implementation Team in executing the implementation, configuration, and training of new clients. The Implementation Specialist role is dynamic and will spend most of the time leading, configuring and conducting online training. The Implementation Specialist will need to be comfortable to work within deadlines and execute fast-paced projects. This role will require an energetic and reliable individual who possesses the ability to contribute and adapt to process changes as we continue to iterate, scale, and grow.

Role and Responsibilities:
· Manage a portfolio of approx. 20 implementation clients to execute implementations and perform setup and configuration of software for clients in the automotive industry.
· Lead remote discovery sessions to collect data, documents, and other information, that describes how the program will be implemented for the client.
· Liaise with customers and other team members to ensure milestones are met and deliverables are executed as specified, including configuration and billing.
· Provide implementation training, configuration, and support to answer questions, and gradually transition the client to our client services team.
· Take direction and guidance from different Project Managers.
· Work independently and be able to master juggling multiple tasks, and competing priorities.
· Actively engage in ongoing process improvements and contribute to a high-performance team culture.
· Participates in inter-departmental projects and process improvements as needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
· 2-3 years professional experience as an Implementation Specialist or similar role, including technical implementations involving systems, networks, or software design.
· Excellent business communication skills, both written and verbal
· Ability to produce professional quality documents and training sessions.
· Advanced computer skills in basic applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
· Previous experience collaborating and interacting with senior level clients.
· Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
· Ability to work well independently and under pressure within a web-based environment.
· Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
· Working experience in the automotive or human resources sectors is an asset.
· Familiarity with Teamwork Project Management is an asset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
