About the Role:
As the Manager, you’ll be responsible for the daily operations of our ice cream shop, including team supervision, inventory, and customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on role that requires great people skills, strong organization, and a love for making people smile.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead, train, and motivate a small team of scoopers
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive shop atmosphere
- Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships
- Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and health code compliance
- Handle cash management and daily reports
- Support promotional events and seasonal specials
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in food service, retail, or hospitality (management experience preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Positive attitude and customer-first mindset
- Organized, dependable, and calm under pressure
