Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Ice Cream Artist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating delicious ice cream design ensuring high-quality standards, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Prepare and mix ingredients to create a variety of ice cream flavors.
- Operate ice cream machines and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and work areas.
- Assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations and upselling when appropriate.
- Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering duties.
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Skills
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and measuring ingredients.
- Previous experience in food service or the restaurant industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling practices to maintain safety standards.
- Ability to upsell products and provide excellent customer service.
- Experience in kitchen operations is a plus, particularly in the food industry.
